Eligibility criteria:

Participants should:

- be between 20-45 years old

- be fluent in English language

- be professionals

- be students enrolled in a Msc/MA or a PhD program or graduated from a respective academic program

- be involved in local, national or international initiatives including youth, inclusion, citizenship or related fields.

- have a strong sense of social and political awareness, preferably proved by participation in respective activities or professional experience.
